702Connections Booking Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
There are No Refunds of any ticket in whole or in part. Once the ticket is purchased, you are responsible to attend the tour.
Identification:
All participants MUST have valid identification with them at all times proving they are over 21. Without proper identification, the nightclubs will refuse admittance into their establishment. 702Connections is NOT responsible for denied entry to any venue because of improper identification.
Tipping:
All 702Connections VIP Hosts are in the service industry like a bartender or waitress they earn a small hourly wage. They make their living from your tips. If your 702Connections VIP Host made sure you had fun, got you through the line ups with no hassles and made sure everyone was having a Great Time, then a proper Thank You for their hard work is 20% of the cost of your event or $15 per person on average.
No Line/No Cover:
702Connections has arranged for you to bypass club lines. However, you still may have to wait at each club as the doormen get organized to accept our Large Groups. Average waiting time is 1-5 minutes. On Holiday weekends such as Halloween, Labor Day, etc waiting maybe longer. 702Connections has also arranged to have your cover paid in advance with the clubs. All you will have to pay for is your drinks and tips in the clubs.
Dress to Impress:
Nightclubs in Las Vegas have very STRICT dress codes. All participants must be dressed appropriately *Men - Dress pants or fashionable jeans, dress shoes and button down shirt is the standard dress. Ladies * Skirts, dresses,designer jeans, dress sandals or pumps is the standard dress code. NO sweat suits, baggy tee shirts, beach wear, open toe sandals or other such casual wear The night club has the last say on who gets in according to their Clubs dress code, so please be aware of what you are wearing as these are top clubs and only let the elite in.
Disruptive Behavior or Being Intoxicated:
If the 702Connections VIP host ascertains that you or your guests are disrupting the tour in any way by being intoxicated, obnoxious, etc; 702COnnections reserves the right to ask you or your group to leave the tour with No Refund. 702Connections is NOT responsible for denied entry into any venue due to disruptive behavior or being intoxicated. If anyone in your group gets sick in the bus, the organizer or the person will be fined a cleaning charge of $150.00 as that is our cost from the cleaning company.
Staying at a Venue:
If you are having a great time at one particular venue, you have the right to stay at that location and leave the tour. however, if you still have your wristband, you can re-join the tour at any time in the same evening.
Wristbands:
You only get one wristband for the evening, so if you lose the wristband and we do not remember you, you will not be allowed back on the party bus.
The Party Bus (If Applicable):
The party bus is on a set schedule and is not a taxicab, as each bus runs several tours and charters in one evening. Listen to the Tour Host for departure times from each venue. If you miss the party bus, it is your responsibility to find alternate transportation to the next location. 702 Connections has the right to change a destination stop or transportation anytime throughout a tour due to club/pub changes. Do not leave your belongings on the party bus! Any damage to the Party bus by you or your group will be assessed and charge accordingly.
Waiver:
Each person who joins a 702Connections tour holds 702Connections harmless from any injury, loss, damage or death which may occur as a result of using the services provided by 702Connections. This also includes any Photo/Image which allows our VIP Hosts to take photographs of people on the tour and use them in advertising or on the web.
Pickup Times and Locations:
Please arrive early at your pick up location! The buses run on a time schedule, so please be courteous to other patrons and have your group at your pick up location on time.
When does the Tour End:
The 702Connections Tours ends once you are safely into the last club, the VIP Hosts stay around to party with you and make sure you are having a wonderful time. You can stay as long as you wish at this club. The reason we do this is that we do not want to take clients back to their cars. Most people who are staying on the strip only have a short walk back to their hotel or a very short cab ride ($5-$10) as we usually end on the strip. If you are not staying anywhere on the strip, you can pre-arrange a prior pick up and drop off with 702Connections limousines for a nominal fee.
What you Don't Get:
You will not get reserved seating in a night club unless you have made arrangements with 702Connections or the club, as these seats are reserved for bottle service. The Limo is not a taxi cab and will not run you around unless you made arrangements with 702Connections prior. The limo is booked solid as we sell out every evening and is on a tight schedule. We do not supply any drinks in the clubs unless it is arranged for your tour. We do not promise immediate entrance into clubs, as doormen need time to arrange 702Connections entrance to the clubs. We do not babysit, if you are too intoxicated you will be asked to leave the tour. We do not try to convince the clubs if you are denied access for any reason. We also stock the limo with a fair amount of beverages which is calculated for your convenience. A lot of clients do waste their beverages, if you run out of beverages on a 702Connections tour, you will be responsible to purchase additional alcohol if needed. Tips are NOT included and our Hosts work hard to make sure the party is perfect every way, so PLEASE TIP your VIP Host/Hostess at the end of the evening!
